EASY STEP-BY-STEP ORDERING: Yes, you can call, email, or mail in your order! (PLUS- we're friendly- we'll help you even if you're allergic to forms- just call!)

This form can be filled in on-line, you just need to choose your submission method. It is a great tool to provide your order details clearly. We've even marked start and stop points for Copy & Paste methods. Please fill each blank that applies, missing details will cause delays.

STEP 1 CHOOSE YOUR METHOD from these 5:
1) Type into the form then use the COPY THIS FORM button and paste into an email (Our preferred method)
2) Type into the form, then use the PRINT THIS FORM button for ordering by phone, attached file or mail (note: emailed attached files can get deleted as suspicious- call if you don't hear from us)
3) COPY the raw form between the start and stop sections using copy and paste, into a word processing program, typing in the answers for attaching to an email or snail-mailing (note: emailed attached files can get deleted as suspicious- call if you don't hear from us)
4) Print out the raw form and fill out by hand for calling, or mailing (along with a check if you don't want to use a bankcard on a mailed order. Please call us to verify price before writing your check)
5) PDF copies of the order can be emailed, but we can work better with the straight text methods above. NO WEB-BASED/GOOGLE DOCUMENTS, please.

Most of our products are priced by quantity and lead time, so please contact us for a price quote on your specific needs and enter that information in the Price Quote area below.
For more complete ordering directions, please read our order guidelines at the bottom of this page. Although we are happy to take your order over the phone, we reserve the right to assess a $10 processing fee on extensive or complicated phone orders lacking the preparation of a written order.

Group orders can have each person's garments packed in a name-label bag by using our ALPHAPACK spreadsheet. Complications from individual variations in a group order, especially Faculty regalia, are handled simply this way. Please contact us so we can email it to you.

SOUVENIR products are inexpensively designed for one-time use, mainly used for student events, and are available in 3 fabric choices.
RENTAL garments are fully tailored, dry-cleanable, for a professional quality look. We recommended rentals for faculty and any event needing a quality garment. A pre-paid return label is sent with your rental order. There is no choice of fabric.
SIZING: Gowns are sized by total height to the top of the head. Plus sizes are available in SOUVENIR robes only. Caps are one-size-fits-all.

AIR SHIPPING CHARGES EXTRA

TAX Washington residents must add 10.5% tax on full amount including shipping. All other states: Sales tax may be applicable and is added at invoicing. Please submit a State tax-exempt form with your order if appropriate. Note: We cannot remove your sales tax assessment once it has been invoiced

DELIVERY TIME: Meeting your important deadline is everything. We are experts at handling rush orders! For the best service at the lowest cost, please provide an accurate and specific "need-by" date. Usually this would be one day prior to wearing, to allow for variations in delivery time. Please note that once your order is in process with your chosen target date, the date cannot be changed. Items needed within 3 weeks are priced more per item. Most orders ship directly from our plant as this saves delivery time, and for this reason invoices are mailed separately after your order arrives. Collegiate rental note: Although we make every effort to provide correct hoods for late orders, we cannot guarantee correct hood colors if your rental is ordered less than 2 weeks in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON RENTAL RETURNS: All rental returns go back to the plant, not our West Coast offices, and are expected to be completed within 2 weeks of the wearing. Shipping information and/or return label is included in your rental package.
PROMPT RETURN OF YOUR RENTAL ITEMS IN GOOD CONDITION WILL INSURE THAT YOU ARE NOT LIABLE FOR REPLACEMENT COSTS. Missing or damaged items will be invoiced at the current replacement value ($110 per plain gown, more for academic regalia, as of 2/2013). Rentals not returned within 30 days of wearing require us to track down the unreturned items. Administrative time for this necessitates a $50 MINIMUM RENTAL RETRIEVAL FEE on any rental that is eventually returned late as a result of our notification efforts to find them PLUS rental fees for each month past the weardate the items were unreturned. Your choice to rent from The Robe Shop is an agreement to these terms.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RENTAL RETURN ARE MADE AWARE! We find that in larger groups, or with hectic events, sometimes the robes end up in the hands of someone who is not even aware that the robes need to be returned, when, or how. This leads to problems- plan now to make sure the return labels, return boxes and need for prompt return are identified to all people involved.

Thank you for your order! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you. Thank you also for your cooperation with our order guidelines, which saves us hours of time and allows us to focus on fulfilling your order promptly! Our business success has for over 30 years depended on our ability to meet your deadline. We do it well- please work with us by following these guidelines:

ALL orders must be prepaid, including shipping charges. Orders are not processed until we have BOTH your order AND your payment.

Put it in writing if at all possible! Verbal order information can be misunderstood. The best way is to submit your order on this (or the appropriate) form. It doesn't have to be perfect, We will contact you to verify everything and ask about any missing information. Don't like the form? Just look over the questions, then you'll be prepared with answers when you call us.

Orders must have a bankcard number for payment written on this form. Your card information is very secure. We will honor requests for us to call you for your card number, but it might delay your order.

EMAILED FORMS: To email your order, simply copy this order form text (START & END of order text are marked) and paste into a new email message, then proceed to type in your information. FOR PROMPT RESULTS, USE THIS IN YOUR SUBJECT LINE: ***ORDER***ORDER***ORDER*** Please include at least half of your bankcard information, then follow up with a second email for the remaining half (Subject= "[your name] order part 2"), or just send all of it at once, depending on your comfort level. We always call to confirm your order, so if you don't get a response within 1 business day, please contact us to make sure your email was received.

If you want to pay by check or money order, do not email or FAX this form. It will NOT speed up your order as we do not process it until payment is received. A double-shipment or lost order could result. Both the form and your payment must be submitted together. Use a courier service (FedEx, UPS) air letter for RUSH orders.

PHONE ORDER: We can help you best if you have printed out this form and filled in the information, or at least have read it so you know what information we will need. Being prepared before calling will aid enormously with your phone order and save staff time!

SPECIAL TERMS IN GRADUATION SEASON: Any order placed from March 15 (February 15 for custom items) to June 30 that is needed within 10 weeks is automatically charged a Seasonal Surcharge of 20% of the order total, minimum $20. Shipping charges necessary to fulfill your order on time are NOT included in the surcharge.

GROUP ORDERS:A great method to simplify ordering and distribution is to use our ALPHAPACK spreadsheet file. We can send it with an email that includes helps for collecting the personal stats and entering it into the spreadsheet. We have the appropriate columns for needed info for each person, with sample entries to make your task quick. We are happy to email this to you. When your order arrives, each wearer's package is bagged separately and identified by name.

We will let you know if there are any problems fulfilling your order as requested. Each order is verified. You will not be charged for items that are not supplied.
